January 18, 20251 yr Popular Post This is my project for today. Walnut trim to face and line a BB plywood shelf that I'll mount over my refrigerator. It will slide out on full extension slides for easier access to whatever is on it. Used my CNC to cut slots for dominos at each flat and mitered corner. One last piece to make to connect the back corners, then I'll be cutting up a sheet of 1/2" BB plywood for the bottom, sides, and back. 4D Edited January 18, 20251 yr by 4DThinker

Only the router table and my CNC get a new bit when the project needs change. No sense in having several CNCs or router tables.
January 18, 20251 yr Popular Post I think he’s running a router rescue out of his shop. Aaron’s home for wayward routers.

January 23, 20251 yr Popular Post When I find them cheap, I pick them up. When I was running my own shop, I needed to keep routers around since I depended on them so much. So the more I had, the happier I was..

February 12, 20251 yr Popular Post Tried out the new 60 toothed blade for those 2 Projects... Seems Walmart is selling Job Site Tablesaws and Compound Miter Saws..and the blades for them...Both in 10" and 8-1/4" sizes....I bought a 60 tooth and a 24 toothed 8-1/4" blade, as that size does fit my 8" Tablesaw....so far, this blade does leave a very nice smooth cut...cost for both blades? $20 for the pair...plus OH sales tax...

February 14, 20251 yr Popular Post Was not satisfied with the sawtill that I had in my tool chest so I decided to build another one. It's still in progress it's got a lot more shaping to go but I need to let the glue dry first. Edited February 14, 20251 yr by Handfoolery

February 15, 20251 yr Popular Post What it looks like in the chest. It's not completed yet. I need to take it out of the chest this week coming up, as soon as I get the chance, and sand and smooth everything out. I'm also going to bevel the edges of the wood where the saw blades go in so they will slip into their places smoothly. But this works very nicely for me.
