Q:  Why does a chicken coop only have two doors?   A:  Because if it had four doors, it would be a sedan.

Don't h ave pics but will round some up later today,

but decided to try a fill project with some epoxy, i've not had much luck, no matter how much i tape and seal the dang things, i get major leakage, this one was no different, so, gonna have to rethink the process, and attempt to be more diligent on sealing it up, so guess the fourth time is charm, me hoping that is.

did manage to get almost all the steel fabbed for the stand for new saw side table, need to weld some tabs on support posts for the adjustable feet, then i can finalize some holes ect. put the new melamine top on it. see whut happens,

pics later

I found this in a pile of junk today. It's missing the instructions, a (second) punch, and the small spacer screws for the Arbor and the Anvil & Punch

Cool. Excellent overall condition; usually the bushing are rusty. Got 2 or 3 of them myself. Give me a few days, I'll scan the instructions and send you a .pdf; have to figure out the scan function of my newish printer.:WonderScratch::OldManSmiley:

I went back to look for a couple of small pieces and found a nice 'handbook of circular saw blades and power tool accessories' printed by Craftsman dated 1971.

What's on my bench, today?

Bit of a mess, actually...

So I went to where I was sure these were last stashed...not there. Looked at obvious places where I might have re-stashed them...not any of those places...next less likely places...nope; start over from the beginning...nope, nope, nope.

I have one other seemingly logical place where I probably stored them, but it will be a few days before I can get there. Need to move some stuff out of the garage for a safe path to that cabinet...8" of snow today hinders that operation. Sad thing is, I don't ever remember moving them from the original location let alone when or why. I'll find them eventually.

That all sounds pretty normal to me.

My old Craftsman router uses a 13/16", stamped-steel collet wrench, the type that comes with such tools. Whenever I use it, it goes back into the plastic bit case and into the lower left drawer on the router table. In early January I had to make some adjustments, so I opened the drawer, took out the bit case, opened it and... NO WRENCH! I spent much of the next month searching every nook and cranny, some several times, for that *#%^ hunk of steel. Finally found a wrench that fit, and gave up on the original. A few days later I needed a whetstone. Opened the sharpening drawer, pulled out the box of whetstones, and there was the prodigal wrench! :WonderScratch: Since I'm the only person who ever goes into the workshop, I can only conclude that SOMEONE broke into the house one night, moved that wrench, and locked the door on his way out, taking nothing with him!

Now this makes perfect sense. Obviously a well organized international ring making their rounds across North America now.

Hmm, Dudley Doright or J Edgar Hoover? Maybe Maxwell Smart and Agent 99 would be better? OTOH, Sheriff Andy Taylor from Mayberry might get to the bottom of this secret.

None of them, I'd go straight to Jack Bauer (if you saw the "24" TV series).
