Not a danged thing, just a random shot of my workbench at a given moment in time, as the spirit of this topic dictates, just walk out into your shop, shoot the bench, and post it here! The shredder trappings is actually a string of Christmas lights, framers hatchet, other things. Came home on Tuesday from work to a cleaned up exterior of our home, all the Christmas lights had been removed, grass was mowed, back to normal, my 13 yr old son took some initiative and helped ol dad out, I was very happy it was all done for me! The string of lights on the bench is the last thing to be put away after the Christmas Season. Someday I'll woodwork! Chips N Dust, Dadio, p_toad and 3 others 6 Quote

Wish I could mow grass...of course it might help to warm up above zero...and, oh yeah, melt about 8" of snow too. You've got a really good son there, but suspect you know that already... 6 minutes ago, John Morris said: as the spirit of this topic dictates, just walk out into your shop, shoot the bench, and post it here! Sorry, not unless I'm forced to do so; was out there a couple times earlier in the week when I had to change battery in my wife's Jeep at 12 below...I thought the battery was only 3+ y/o...apparently it was 6-1/2 y/o. I'm still trying to figure out where those other three years went Camera doesn't work that well when it's below zero; probably because I don't work that well when it's below zero. Popular Post Artie Posted January 17, 2018 Popular Post Report Posted January 17, 2018 I guess second time is the charm, here’s my benches. Please understand I’m just starting out, and other than building the work shop my only project has been to make a corn hole bean bag game for my son, for his new house. Woodcraft had them on sale for 1/2 price if memory serves, the Missus picked them up for her contribution to the shop. One of my best friends and his wife, have become OUR best friends, and the joke is him and me are gonna go down to the basement, turn on a machine so it makes noise they can hear upstairs, and then sit on the seats and play cribbage all afternoon. This way we can swear and tell bad jokes, and not get in trouble. Gerald, Dadio, Stick486 and 5 others 8 Quote

It makes the rest of us retirees look like we don't do anything BTW, great start on the shop. Good planning by mixing some 220v outlets in the runs with 110v. Nice job on the WW'ing bench top, well actually on both. Looking forward to seeing the bench tops getting cluttered with projects. Leave pictures of the cribbage boards out unless you can stage you're making them. Otherwise physical evidence to be used against us. Stick486, Al B, HARO50 and 2 others 5 Quote
