February 7, 20179 yr Actually made a wee bit of money! Between the scrap metal price, and all the change I found IN the dryer....and even saved the $15 the city would have charged to pick the dryer up at the curb. Sorry about the friend, condolences.... No shop work is done on Mondays....easy to do that, when one is retired....

February 7, 20179 yr @Gerald sorry for the loss of your friend. @Grandpadave52 prayers for your mom and family. Glad to hear she is getting out of the hospital. Started to refinish two bedside night stands that I built when I was in high school. So you know that they are really old. I'm surprised they held up this long. I'm going to take the finish off of both of them. One of the stands I had to reglue some of it. One of the drawers was so bad that I had to take apart and reglue that also.

February 7, 20179 yr 5~6 pounds a week here in idle what ever that translates to into pots... @HandyDan, @Nickp. @Dadio and @schnewj drink the same blends as I do...

My Condolences ,Gerald, funerals are becoming a thing of the past seems the young-uns are electing for memorial services at some later date. Guess I am old fashioned , but I think funerals are the way it should be. Herb
