@Fred W. Hargis Jr It's a very simple drink stand but I like it!!! Great Job!!

@Gunny May I ask where you got the screw driver holders? Them would be nice to have.

Make my own from maple. Eats time but saves alot and time and frustration later.

They're saying we're still in a drought.

Seeing that picture made me think of this. Used to get lots of laughs when teaching classes during breaks...

Second granddaughters 4th birthday party today. We were there for the birth and the first 3 birthdays. She's an only so, mom and dad go all out. Mom is Mexican. A native Tusconian and has MANY relatives. They'll likely all be there. Poor old dad has only his twin brother and, family and, Phyl and I to represent his side. It'll  be fun.

Our Easter weekend just got turned upside down...

Plans were for both young 'uns to be home and friends and family here for dinner on Sunday.

All day on Wednesday Julie was coughing as she ran around preparing for the nephew's birthday party.  Didn't think anything about it, this spring her allergies have given her many days like that.   After leaving the party she said she felt like a cold was coming on.  James made it in Wed. afternoon and went to the party with us.

Thursday morning James & I started first thing on a monitor stand for his computer work table.  A simple enough design and I had a piece of scrap oak ply to make it from.  About 11 AM Julie called down to the shop that the covid at-home test came back positive :(  While she went to the CVS for a more accurate test James & I finished the build, after which he loaded up and headed back to Ohio :(  Julie did make it back in time to see him off.

James & I both took at-home tests Thursday evening.  Both negative.  James is back in Ohio.  I am feeling physically fine.  So, I will be piddling in my shop over the weekend instead of visiting with the young ones.

While Julie had a pretty rough day Thursday, she seemed to be doing some better yesterday.  Until the CVS test result came back last evening - positive...

Sounds like my diminished family Gene! My wife has so many relatives she only knows 10 percent of them, but they would all show up for the fiestas in her native country of Panama. Then you got my family, it's just us, and my dad.

I can't even meet my own expectations Dab! I've set the bar low thinking I'd have accomplishments every day, but lately I can't meet my own low expectations!
