I certainly appreciate your commitment to share with us on a regular basis. Fully enjoy following the progress. So, still curious when the shop expansion project starts.😆 I at least need to get some grass growing so it can be dug up for new construction. Report
September 17, 2025Sep 17 comment_361773 Beautiful place, Gerald....I've enjoyed following along as well. You do realize that if you plant grass you'll have to mow it???? Artificial turf just seems more practical. (still no laughing emoji to insert here) Edited September 17, 2025Sep 17 by Fred W. Hargis Jr Report
September 19, 2025Sep 19 Author Popular Post comment_361857 Not a lot going on, just a lot of words to tell. Got very little done yesterday as moved 24 totes full of son’s collection stuff. Power was connected but 5 breaker will not lock on. Electrician came out today and fixed a couple circuits. They are still working on floor. Seeded two sides of house in rye and ran out of seed. Then worked on getting last of turning wood on racks. Not quite thru. Report

November 26, 2025Nov 26 Author Popular Post comment_365908 Have been busy and stopped posting on this thread but have a few minutes now. I keep forgetting to take pictures but I do have a few. First fire in the fireplace. not cold but cool. Just had to have these lockers from a auction. Plan to build shelves in them for more storage. All electric handheld tools will fit I hope. Behind these bookcases sits all the lumber in one place except for a few scrapes of ply and short boards. Finally got around to turning curtian rods for the house. The beginning of the dust collection system. Now to build a room around it. It is really loud. To cap this off for today finally got a cabinet built for drills. Just need to do doors now. Really got tired of searching for drill bits. Will take some more pics of the other stuff done in the last couple months. Report
