New house and shop

Nothing like a stick built home! I love to see them going up. Surprised they are cutting the rafters instead of using trusses.

Guess i forgot to post these yesterday. All blacked in , no shingles yet. Plumbers started working today.

Didn't get any pics today as we were burning all those limbs. Got about 2 thirds done. Dirt work on shop in progress . SHingles were delivered. They started putting in A/C ducts today, we will have a 14 SEER heat pump.

When I worked with a carpenter, we always looked forward to being "under roof"- shingles and windows in place. At that point, the other trades could get their crafts going.

Shop is 30x40. Contractor has a crew to cleanup. Plumbing done . A/C installed. And now shop concrete is poured.
