Besides my normal doing mostly nothing, I'm thankful to report, no ER visits this weekend. First weekend this month. Felt good enough yesterday afternoon to get fully dressed (also a first this month), do a few things outside including finally getting the remainder of the bird seed unloaded from my car, all feeders cleaned, refilled etc. Finally got to inspect wife's Jeep after the deer incident a week ago. Mainly the paint is scuffed on the bumper cover but one very small crack. With the technology today, I think it can be "welded" successfully. With my deductible, I'm guessing cheaper to just pay for it.

Have an appointment with Neurologist Thursday. Headed out in a few minutes for a doctor's appointment, then to the hospital for some blood work. I'm totally on my own (= unsupervised) for these tasks which is also a first in a long time (and yes, fully dressed). I may run a couple errands after, we'll see. Hope my car can avoid the donut shops on the opposite side of town. Did I mention I'm unsupervised?

Have a safe week. For those of us in the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley regions, probably a good idea to get the s#@w shovels tuned up. Wintery mix coming later this week. Another reason to stock up on donuts.

 From @Grandpadave52's post it looks like I'd better get the s#@w shovels tuned up, and stock up on Donuts. <_<

:ChinScratch:Wife just informed me she's sending me on an unsupervised bottled water run, and to quit talking about Donuts.

:throbbinghead:

Because if she has to go, she'll end up getting some.

Came in to work and shoveled snow.  It was a warm storm so snow was wet and heavy.

Didn't get any at home, lower elevation there so it was all rain.

Now I'm ready for a nap!

It can easily get out of hand.  People love hand made ornaments.
