Gonna celebrate Labor Day with a hair cut first. Then, doing a mod to the scroll saw. Installing a lifter to make changing blade entry holes easier. I've got a project that has 36 entries.  You scrollers know that's really not a lot. Many examples of fretwork can have hundreds. At any rate, once this project is done, it's on to some bandsaw boxes, and some Christmas items. Gonna be pretty busy for the next few months.

Got tied up with Bruces 99 Astro again yesterday.

 

 Someone's been in there before trying to bypass the Key Pass system. 

 

Did some more diagnostic work and discovered that the Security Module is missing.  

Had to take half the dash apart to get where it's supposed to be.  

It tells the Engine Control Module to keep the fuel injectors running if it senses the proper key is inserted in the ignition switch. Took me awhile, but I figured out what whoever did wrong when they tried to do the bypass. 

 Guess we needed a reason for another "Boneyard" run.
