July 4, 20242 yr comment_338299 I'd need an electron microscope to do this kind of detail. You da' man Mike...and not a single band-aid on your fingers either. Report

My goal for this project is to make it to 600 pieces which when the frame is done will add 24 pieces. Stay tuned -more fun to come!! Edited July 4, 20242 yr by Intarsia Mike Report
July 7, 20242 yr Author Popular Post comment_338485 Hi everyone Added the setting sun and the apple tree branches which added 67 pieces to my Intarsia. I think I'm done adding stuff (maybe) so now I will complete the inlays and start working on final detailing and glue up. Still have the frame to do but getting closer to completion of this project. 640 pieces from 32 woods Edited July 7, 20242 yr by Intarsia Mike Report
July 7, 20242 yr comment_338486 Not sure I understand. Are these pieces just setting on the surface a need to be "let" in? Report

Truly an enjoyable experience. Thanks Dave-I appreciate your interest and comments while creating this project. This is the last piece in my son's custom " The Aavegotchi Intarsia Collection" by Intarsia Mike. This has really been fun to create these one of a kind -as my son would say "Next Level" Intarsia pieces. I learned alot doing these projects and will continue to refine my techniques on a couple of new projects in the works. Stay Tuned-More fun to come. Report
