March 5, 20215 yr Popular Post Friday again everyone! Here "Two Weeks From Anywhere" we're still waiting for the weather to make up my mind. I'm wanting to get to work on cleaning up machine parts in my electrolysis tank providing I can find everything. It's only been about four or five years since I used the setup, but I have to wait for the temps to remain above freezing. The process releases hydrogen gas, and I don't feel like going BOOM! ...Besides that I don't think the wife would appreciate me launching the roof. So.. What's on your weekend agenda?
March 5, 20215 yr Popular Post Still working on table legs, someday I'll get these done. But not today; Marie has a minor medical procedure this afternoon.
March 5, 20215 yr Author Popular Post This is what I want to get to work on. ...Neighbor called, said he found the pedal.

Getting used to a new watch....old ones either the band was too tight, or too loose....this leather one is adjustable... May have some work for the newest tool/cutter in the shop.. Veritas 1/4" router bit...since the one I had made is MIA....
March 5, 20215 yr Popular Post More of the same here. Continue on with the media room and put some time in on turning that top. Paul

Not a watch repairman's tool. Probably a Rigid. We had a 60" in the shop. Any of them would make the final repair on a watch.
March 5, 20215 yr Popular Post We put together a prototype student desk at the furniture bank this morning. It's an adaptation of our dining table design and shares most of the parts. It adds an opening and shelf under for books, supplies, tablets, etc. Back in the shop, got another coat of finish on some boxes. Need to decide on a stain for a demi-lune table in process. Got the legs tapered for it yesterday, so on to final sanding, assembly, and finishing.
March 5, 20215 yr Popular Post More trophy shop plaques. Seems she can't keep them on the shelf more than a day or two. Guess that's good and bad. Good for my wallet but bad for my old bones.
March 6, 20215 yr Popular Post Came home with this from work this evening. Boss had to buy new alignment machine few months ago. Shop Foreman, (hoarder) has kept in back room all this time. He was out today and boss wanted to do some spring cleaning. This got tossed, right into the back of my PT Cruiser. Got rid of the top half as this was plastic stuff. Bar bones cart now. Even found key to lock and had the piece for the latch to make it work again. Now to figure out what to do with it. About 23 inches square and 38 inches tall.
