February 14, 20179 yr Author ANOTHER GLUE: The wood is expensive-very expensive. It can only be found in a veneer that I can find. 1 square foot by 1/8" thick runs aprox. $30.00. That makes a sq. ft. solid wood aprox $300.00 or more.
February 14, 20179 yr Obviously not a wood that I've used, but after a little searching, I think it may be Bocate, also known as manjack. I do have a second choice to consider and that is a species of Rosewood.
