The problem with that is all of the stuff you attempted to get accomplished that end up needing more whatever which puts that project on hold, so you move on to the next project on the list only to have that project end up needing something that you don't have also. So, you move on to the next project and repeat the process and so on and so on. .... That might explain why I never know when I'm done!

September 7, 20241 yr Popular Post Lumber Run....since there wasn't much of anything at the Yard Sales....so.. Had to cut them in half, but...$8 for 30' of 1 x 6 Ash...from three 10' long planks...needed to get them to fit inside the back of the Chevy. On the way home..Boss decided she NEEDED to go to Lowes, and look at plants....and I needed a new tape measure, anyway....her two plants cost more than the stack of wood and the new tape measure ..combined..... Good thing I get a 10% MIL. Discount at Lowes... Edited September 7, 20241 yr by steven newman

September 8, 20241 yr Popular Post We have a few groundhogs around here and they dig/tunnel under our garden sheds. We're in town, and it was a surprise to see them here. They don't get relocated(live trapped) but visit the great groundhog heaven in the sky!

Anyway, I hope to wrap up my grandson's coffee table this weekend and then maybe get back to "as the wood turns". Should be a magnificent weekend, tomorrow's high is in the 60s, might do some outside stuff. My thoughts exactly. Also Friday night 11 o'clock news has clip after clip of high school football "highlights" with the sportscaster shouting comments. And let's see, Monday night football, Thursday night football, Saturday and Sunday afternoon and evening football. Well, golf is on the reserve channels. Edited September 8, 20241 yr by kmealy
