Featured Replies

Has anyone experienced any issues accessing our community the last two days?

Sometimes I'll get a 503 Service Error white page.

Thanks

Not here

Did a couple of days ago.

No, but sometimes when going to the site from an email notification it takes 10 to 15 seconds to load the site.

I have a few times; Very random. Sometimes the message includes something like resource unavailable, capacity limited...not exact but indicates page access is restricted due to over capacity???? After refreshing the page a couple times, it returns to where I was.

I recently read where there has been a spike in DDOS cyber attacks. Maybe that would account for some of the problems. Here's an interesting visual of real time activity-

https://horizon.netscout.com/?filters=destination.country.US&mapPosition=0.00~0.00~1.00

Let the site run for about a minute to get an idea of the scope of what is happening

I don't have any idea of what the map and all was showing me Lew.  When I took the USA filter off the whole dang world lit up!!!

Hope I didn't contribute to something... :ChinScratch:

It is just scary to see the number of cyber attacks going on in real time.

I was experiencing those errors this morning again, I investigated closer at our server level and examined the traffic and metrics coming into our server, and there were a couple culprits from Russia and China that were hitting our server pretty hard, but the main hit was from servers here in our own country, they are automated robots that I can only see as a malicious attack the way they were flooding into our server.

So I blocked those ip addresses that were hitting us hard, and we'll see if that helps clear things up.

Good flippin morning y'all!

Every now and then..I have trouble posting a photo....usually the first 2 or 3 go through just fine....then #4 goes off into Netherland...:DevilLaughing:.?

Seems to be working just fine, now...:cowboy:
