December 6, 20223 yr Author I started cutting out the cup pull outs. I used the plunge router to make the outline with a jig and tomorrow I will use the same router bit with a D handle router to clean put the center..
December 6, 20223 yr Author Popular Post Finally got around to cutting out for the cup holders. Using the D handle and a router but I cut out the remaining material..using an air grinder I cleaned it up..
December 6, 20223 yr Author I cut the blocks needed for supporting the chip rails and main table surface. Because I will drop one of the rings and even two surfaces I needed to notch the plywood.. Because I;used the tablesaw it left a little less meat on the center. So I added a block. whe; in doubt, add, add, add.. Edited December 6, 20223 yr by BillyJack

February 3, 20251 yr Author Popular Post I needed clamps that coukd reach 6* and I went to HF and Menatds to buy wood clamps , but didn't like the way they kept getting stuck while moving them.up and down, so I made cam clamps.
