And have been refining application by dipping my finger in whatever beverage is handy. Then a light pass through glue. Then breading my finger in wood powder. BillyJack Posted December 6, 2022 Author Report Posted December 6, 2022 I started cutting out the cup pull outs. I used the plunge router to make the outline with a jig and tomorrow I will use the same router bit with a D handle router to clean put the center.. p_toad, Woodman, aaronc and 1 other 4 Quote
Popular Post BillyJack Posted December 6, 2022 Author Popular Post Report Posted December 6, 2022 Finally got around to cutting out for the cup holders. Using the D handle and a router but I cut out the remaining material..using an air grinder I cleaned it up.. Cal, lew, Gerald and 2 others 5 Quote
BillyJack Posted December 6, 2022 Author Report Posted December 6, 2022 (edited) I cut the blocks needed for supporting the chip rails and main table surface. Because I will drop one of the rings and even two surfaces I needed to notch the plywood.. Because I;used the tablesaw it left a little less meat on the center. So I added a block. whe; in doubt, add, add, add.. Edited December 6, 2022 by BillyJack lew, p_toad, Cal and 1 other 4 Quote
BillyJack Posted December 9, 2022 Author Report Posted December 9, 2022 So here's my decision of the day. Because of the radius I can either chop an angle ir just out it square. p_toad, Cal, lew and 1 other 4 Quote

Grandpadave52 Posted January 30 Report Posted January 30 Glad to see the progress update on this Jack. I hoped you were still building this to completion. DuckSoup and lew 2 Quote
BillyJack Posted February 2 Author Report Posted February 2 (edited) So I have to be careful here. There is a bit of depth with the chip tray and the arm rest....Because I had cup holders underneath. The height of the table still remains the same. Edited February 2 by BillyJack DuckSoup, lew, HARO50 and 1 other 4 Quote
