May 20, 20224 yr Popular Post comment_291209 Friday again folks! Here "Two Weeks From Anywhere" the "Curb Shopping " season is coming to an end. Whew! Limping around a bit this morning after dropping a big heavy Wrought Iron gate on my left big toe. That's alright, when we moved it again the neighbor got his big toe too! How the heck he got it on the roof of the van by himself beats the heck out of me. Noticed the Pilot needs some gas. Guess I'll have to go deposit my SS check at the gas station. Wonder if it will cover getting a full tank? So, What's on your weekend agenda? Report

May 20, 20224 yr Popular Post comment_291235 Phyl had a bad reaction to the booster. So. I took over the vacuuming job this morning. Today's shop time will be gluing up panels. My shop time recently, comes in varying lengths of spurts, divided by other tasks...and naps. Report

May 20, 20224 yr Popular Post comment_291238 Still recovering this AM from following the weedeater around yesterday, mowing the day before and two baseballgames this week; struggling today adapting my rigorous daily schedule as 1/2 granddaughters now back home. Too windy for much outside work so may get some garage time in?? Rescheduled baseball game tonight. Sunday our church has special services celebrating our 50 year anniversary, then BIG meal after, which once back home mid afternoon will require an even BIGGER nap. Report

It fell out of my pocket in "Horrible Frights" parking lot, and I was halfway home before I realized it was no longer in my pocket. By the time I got back it had been ran over. I didn't like that phone anyway. Report

Looks like I'll have to wait a couple of days for a new (different model) phone to come in. Cricket today added a second flip-phone that use's a different OS that hopefully works better than what that phone had. It wasn't on their list yesterday. "Smart Phones" don't see me. I would definitely throw one of those. Report

Didn't have much of a choice, had to use a couple of HF gift cards I got for Christmas. So, what did I get? I'm actually quite impressed at what this little 10" Cordless Chain Saw can do. I cut up almost all of a 9 1/2" diameter by 30' downed tree on a single charge. Oh yeah , after the gift certificates the bill came out to about $28.00. Report
May 20, 20224 yr Author Popular Post comment_291261 Not too bad of a wood pile from a single battery charge. BTW that's seasoned in place "Hop Hornbeam" otherwise known as "Ironwood" in these parts. Believe me "Hard Stuff" Report
