Thanks for all that info, Jesse. I don't do deep carving or sculpting, more like etching the wood. Small designs for box lids, etc. 

I do some deep work but just to clean out holes and voids in mesquite for filling with epoxy. 

What few bits I have are not Dremel.

@Smallpatch & @Gene Howe I use a Wecheer for heavy removal and fine things a micromotor. The favorite bit for the micro is a stump cutter . Took a class with Dixie Biggs 4 years ago and she recommended two sets and the stump cutters. I do not do much heavy removal like Jesse but mostly highlighting and relief cutting. I agree with Jesse on buying from Woodcarvers Supply, they have it all. Oh by the way Dixie says the German made carbide cutters last longer.
