@John Morris

I am using the default theme (my personal preference) and I have not had any problems. Everything seems to be working quite well on my end.

I've noticed that problem as well! Sometimes things really slow down.... pages won't move when you start scrolling, hover over a "React" button and nothing happens for several seconds, and, just now, the print on my screen is several letters behind my typing!. (When you realize that I type with one finger, that means it's REALLY slow!)

John

OH! My problem is I was looking in the old place-top right. And now it's on a bar on left side a little further down. But as soon as I scanned, I found it. Talking the new theme, here.

add partial page open after a delay...

there ia a whole array of slow and partials...

the site is acting like it's loaded down...

I'm keeping the light theme but how do we improve the contrast in the header's lettering and the forum title bars/headers...

and @John Morris, before you tell to refresh and/or purge - that has been done...

also my transfer rate is way above the norm..

all the items tat were reported as slow in the past are prevalent now...

7~9 seconds to upload after hitting submit...

Change request for Text Editor within the Default Theme; With the appearance change of the Text Editor bar the contrast is almost non existent...

Could a darker contrast bar be used to better distinguish between text entry field and the Editor Bar?

Everything seems OK here, but I continue to use the Default Page.

I just never have been one to embrace all the "custom" options...went through that constantly at work, then an upgrade would come along and you had to reset or update preferences.

My preference is just give me something that works as designed, easy to navigate, easy on my eyes, provides me with all needed access and functions at least at my speed...I'll adapt to the rest.

I hear you on that fellas.  But, you might be missing out?

I switched to the custom format, and without doing any customizing really like the color change.  It just seems easier to read.

I've looked at it Cal...Personally did not care for the "Default" look and color scheme on it...

Gramps, you can change the color for the custom theme, if that helps at all.
