Hmmm, and THAT kind sir is why I'm into water aerobics.  After 20 years of refereeing soccer both of mine are kind of shot but not to the point of replacement.

I really do feel good John.  Doc has me on a low fat - lo carb diet.  I walked 3 miles today on the treadmill and did 50 reps on the ab press.  I weighed myself after I was finished and I have dropped almost 14 pounds in 4 weeks.  My goal is to be at 180 - 185 (wherever it levels out) because that is where my BMI says I should be.
