  1. Saw this on Letgo. Crazy cheap deal. No room or I'd buy it. https://offerup.com/item/detail/972750118/
  2. Just in case you are looking for a deal. Got an email today from Lee Valley with a sale on Norton Pro Sand 3X pack of 80 in 80/120/180/220 for $34.50 and free shipping over $30. yes I know not a sponsor but what a deal. I always buy the 3X when I can find as it got scarce a few years ago and now seems is most everywhere again.
  3. Hey all you pen turners , Woodcraft has a deal pen deal
  4. This post is referencing the lights I used in the project pictured below Lights ON - surprise - the light kit has several different modes, battery operated and remote controlled (would be difficult to turn lights on and off with this hanging on a wall.) I paid $14.95 for the light kit (source will not be mentioned in this post). Thinking this price was a little steep, I researched the manufacturer of the lights and stumbled upon them at Amazon. I have since changed supplier of this light kit. In fact, I ordered more from Amazon. The same light kit that I paid $14.95 at __
  5. If you have been wanting to buy a Tormek, now is the time. https://www.hartvilletool.com/product/1006/tormek
  6. I decided to rearrange my air line at the main bench, and while at it put in a pressure regulator (pinners want lower pressure). Went looking on Amazon, got fooled first by "air regulator" (turned out to be just a ball valve, advertised as flow regulator, waste of money) before I found this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IDCYKEY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. At just over $10, it's really inexpensive. Has metal bracket, mounts to wall quite nicely, and also acts as shut off. Instructions are backward, but I think that's because it was made 180 degrees around the
  7. I like going to estate sales and there was one advertised close to me this weekend. Went but was disappointed. People hired local second hand store owner to price and run it so it was all priced on the ridiculous side. Saw a small box of old car keys on run of the mill key chains. $6.00 Pair of Vise Grip pliers. $15.00 Saw a lot of people walking away with nothing. So now he buys whole lot that didn't sell dirt cheap from owner and puts it in his store. Right? I did find what might have been an old meat cleaver. $3.00 Thought it is thick and heavy enough to use as a small froe for
  8. You'll have to enter the homepage for Woodcraft another way. I am out in the field and can't get a link to Woodcraft on the image from my smart phone. Good time to order that big machine!
