October 18, 20169 yr I like going to estate sales and there was one advertised close to me this weekend. Went but was disappointed. People hired local second hand store owner to price and run it so it was all priced on the ridiculous side. Saw a small box of old car keys on run of the mill key chains. $6.00 Pair of Vise Grip pliers. $15.00 Saw a lot of people walking away with nothing. So now he buys whole lot that didn't sell dirt cheap from owner and puts it in his store. Right? I did find what might have been an old meat cleaver. $3.00 Thought it is thick and heavy enough to use as a small froe for splitting off straight grained finial blanks and such. October 18, 20169 yr There was one In Columbus (London) this past Friday/Saturday that I would have killed to be able to attend. I still have contractors doing work and had to be here at the house. But this guy had an extremely complete shop with a ton of hand tools, and they apparently were sold at very good prices; still kicking myself in the butt for not being able to get down there.
