@MrRick, Rick, to "mention" someone within a post, click on your ampersand key, then beginning typing the person's screen name. The first letter or two will give you a drop down selection for all individuals beginning with those letters. You can either scroll down and select your intended recipient or continue typing in letters until their name only appears. For each person you want to be notified you have mentioned them in a thread, you keep adding the ampersand, then the screen name. Use a space between each recipient. Hope this make sense?2 points -

Same here Aaron especially not having a dedicated shop space of my own. One of the highlights of my journey was getting to visit @Fred W. Hargis Jrshop a few years back as well as spending the day with a few others from TPW. The donuts weren't too shabby either.2 points -

Whatever the discipline may be; gun related, 17th century arts related, flintlocks, musical instruments, general wood working, scale model/ ship building, you name it,...other folk's shops are one of my top tier pleasures to view on the net. I've been lucky enough to visit a handful over the years of various kinds and consider it a bit of an honor honestly. A walk through and some conversation is fine living for my .022 points -

Late to the greeting party. Welcome to The Patriot Woodworker Barbara. Glad you found us and joined up. Great place, great people with lots of knowledge always willing to help and share. Looking forward to your ongoing participation with us. Don't let all the donut talk in this thread distract you. However, speaking of donuts, the new person always provides donuts for the group. It seems it's some sort of time honored tradition which some have high expectations to see fulfilled immediately upon arrival. To show my consideration, patience and understanding not to overwhelm you on that first day, just drop off the donuts this Friday in the breakroom. I'll tend to notifying the gang as a courtesy so you won't feel overburdened. Great to have you here!1 point -

First, welcome to The Patriot Woodworker Barbara. Glad you found us and came aboard. Looking forward to seeing more of your magnificent work. Fearful of sounding morbid, but your work and designs are excellent. Let's hope the need for them is a long time from now. Blessings to you for your thoughtful gesture to provide for the needs of your local veterans as well. Hope to see pictures of your revamped shop space in soon.1 point -
