Red oak laminated over walnut, now that was brilliant! Much better than painting the letters after the Carvewright. Cleaner looking and very sharp lines, I bet you were pleased with the results.

    I am pleased but This isn’t the first time I’ve used this technique.  Last year, I made a sign on a communion table using the same lamination.
