Keenan, are you still around? I am so sorry I missed this!

Had to come back to my own topic to remember how I did these, wife wants them in the poplar cabinet I am building for her. We were going to put in regular ol metal shelf supports, but after building the main case, I just can't, these really do have to go in.

Hi John,

    This is the first time I watched one of your video's and I think your was the best way do do Sawtooth on a small scale. I own and run Sawtooth shelf system { by myself no more workers} so I know what it takes to make them the right way. It took me 5 years to work out how to make them on a large scale. So great job.

Welcome to The Patriot Woodworker Larry. Glad you found us and great to have you here. Would enjoy seeing and hearing more about your projects. Great group here with many skill sets, experience and knowledge. I'm sure the "boss" @John Morrisappreciates your kind compliment.

I owned a large mill shop in NJ for 35+ years all high end work. Now semi retired I only do Sawtooth and odds and ends for friends. Much nicer way to work.
