Thanks for all your kind words Gramps and sharing your retirement story with me, as far as retirement party, perhaps little TO DO here at work, told the family let me grill em all a good steak and we are good, and yes, the donuts! Donuts will be served in The Patriot Woodworker break room!

In the Army, "Leave" but you are right Gunny! I remember those days, Leave seemed far off all the time and it wasn't till last formation and a shower before Leave that it felt real!

John.. congrats! Retiring takes a bit getting used to especially if you're career was a busy one. For me ... "engineers never retire they just fade away". Lol.
