Featured Download Featured Link Years ago @Fred Wilson introduced us to the Decorah Eagles, I believe it was one of if not thee first live bald eagles cam back in 2012 when Fred brought it to our attention. If you'd like to follow another season of the Decorah Eagle live cam here is the link to their page Decorah Eagles History at the Raptor Resource Project website. In my own neck of the woods, Fred shared this cam with me, it's the Big Bear live came here in our own San Bernardino mountain range.

March 10, 20251 yr Popular Post As planned I got my granddaughter's shelf unit assembled. In the process I came up with a jig that allowed me to evenly space the screws that hold the lateral runners onto the unit. I used a transfer punch to mark the holes for drilling. Completely assembled. This week I will cover all the runner screw holes by gluing a wood button to each hole, build the shelves for the adjustable shelf section and give the whole thing a coat or two of clear poly to seal the wood.
March 10, 20251 yr Popular Post Finished the scroll saw cutting of the bowls, yesterday. Glue ups today. Then, clean up the saw and put it away for awhile. I'm done scrolling bowls!!! Back to less picky flat work.

I had to build one for my grand daughter.. Good job…
March 10, 20251 yr Popular Post Nice work on the cabinet @Bubba your granddaughter should get many years of use out of it. @steven newman the table is looking really good. Patti is feeling better than she did last week, not 100% but better. The weather seems to be turning in our favor, we are going to take advantage. The old daffodils by the garage are happy to be in new soil & some of the new bulbs are making a showing. Spring is in the air!
March 10, 20251 yr Popular Post Busy weekend with a wedding, reception, time change, church and birthday celebration. No donuts entrées in the offerings. Hopefully some outdoor time this week likely spent playing pick-up sticks. Thursday will be busy; Six month CT ("wet") Scan followed by appointment with vascular surgeon; regular pick-up of youngest grandson after school, weekly music practice, then attend his art show a couple hours later.

Plenty to do after neglect last year..

We don't really get a longer day, as the old Indian says, only a the white man could cut the bottom foot off a blanket and sew it to the top of the blanket and declare they have a longer blanket.
