As Paul Harvey used to say...paagge two...er page 4 it appears;)

All three of Kevin's posts to Friday's topic sent email notifications to SPAM.

And that is "the rest of the story"...well at least for now.:P

Not sure Lew. I'll have to investigate. Actually their current platform works pretty well; easy to use, nice layout; easy to access remotely; sorta based on the old, old version of g-mail. Far easier

Unfortunately, I think it has to be your ISP's Spam Filter:PullingHair:

Likely...must have a bias against the word "Friday" or something:WonderScratch:. Just odd it's only been the Friday threads with the one exception on the MWTC post. That and all worked well when you initiated the Friday thread last week.

Maybe it will right itself with the time change. If not the solar eclipse is less than a month away.

Has this worked itself out Gramps?

Sorry John, just now saw this. Short answer no. Hit and miss, but continues to occur weekly however only the Friday Topic posts. No others. Thought it had resolved itself until the latest two responses in this week's Friday topic. Learning to live with it. Frustrating but doesn't keep me awake at night.

Hey John, I don't know if this is a bug on TPW or maybe in my computer...

A couple days ago Dave replied to a post and used a couple emojis that maybe came from his computer.  Here is a screen shot of it:

My computer couldn't read it, but yesterday I logged in with my phone and I could see them.

Something got lost in translation.

Sorry...didn't realize those emojis didn't display. They were from my phone; Android, v13. However they do display correctly on my Samsung tablet. Guess I need to see if/how they display on my laptop and desktop out of curiosity now.

Lew, my computer is a Mac; phone is an iphone.

It's all (or mostly) good Dave, likely just a glitch on my computer.

I will ask my sister to send me a message today from her Android phone and use an emoji and see if that comes through on the computer.

Good news first. Over the past three weeks, none of the Friday thread posts notifications have gone to SPAM.

Now for the Bad news, at least two, H-F (go H-F), ITC emails have gone to the SPAM folder. Very troubling. So far, no Krispy-Kreme emails have gone to spam.

SO...I think this thread can be marked "closed." Thanks to all with advice, help and patience while this issue worked itself out. Donuts are in the break room.
