November 25, 20232 yr Live and learn Paul...well live anyway. Regardless, it turned out awesome except for the little glitch. What finish did you you apply? It really made that sapelle come alive.
November 25, 20232 yr Amazing piece. I could live with that little glimmer. Just put a decal over it or paint a black circle over it. Maybe I missed it but what goes in the long slots? Cigars? Ok found it , Steak Knives. The last time I saw some in a tray was at the PX Back in 72. Bought a set and we used it for over 40 years. Edited November 25, 20232 yr by Gerald

December 1, 20232 yr Author Popular Post Today was do the final glue up for the bowl and also a blank for a charcuterie ( had to look that one up) board. Also as a side note I saw a YouTube on woodworking and the guy figured out how to wall mount the Makita charger and it works really well. Always hated that it doesn’t come with wall mount slots. Paul

December 2, 20232 yr Author I know. I will put my foot down. No more absconding with Christmas presents. That approach has worked so well in 45 years 😎 Paul
