The photo you posted of it is either the third or forth that I've seen toasted like that.

Two of them I have seen in person, one was a vehicle that a former co-worker got as part of his retirement package.

It went up parked in his driveway, it was not running at the time it went up.

My first 'new' car was a Fiat.   By FAR the worst car I ever had.   Got rid of it in 11 months after near bi-monthly breakdowns and it looked like the transmission was going (about 12K miles).  I refuse to ever buy anything associated with Fix It Again Tony again.  One of my daughters' father-in-law is a retired Chrysler tool and die maker.   They feel compelled to buy Chrysler-Jeep products and have had numerous problems with them.

For my go to work beater car I have a 2001 PT Cruiser.  Got it for $350 and put a Timing belt on it to get it running.  8 years ago.  Spend about $120 a year fixing this or that odd stuff that breaks.  For a beater car pretty dependable.

Got some finishing work done. Bit harder one armed but moved the chains forward. No helper last night. He had to go to work. Make some money to pay for food. 

 

 

 

 

Holds 70 cans of spray paint.  Current stock is 36. I figure extra spots will last 11 minutes.

I'm a retired AMC/Chrysler Skilled Trades (Pipefitter), and assembly line worker.

Pretty much anything new just doesn't interest me.

Not many of them left around here.

Current car is 4 years old....I figure at that age, any problems should have been fixed/replaced/whatever..

2017 Chevy Equinox LT......28mpg average.

Hmmm, my current car is 55 years old... I still find an occasional problem that needs fixing...

Man all that time and still working out the bugs. It is a nice looking ride
