Gator, stick with the 3 In One. Just ask yourself if you've ever seen sawdust on those sheaves.

Got it done today.  Actually, I still use the turbine oil sent to me by Mr. Bill Mayo who rebuilt these headstocks.  He sent me a bottle of Zoom with a very long neck just like the ones they use at the factory.  I find it much easier to use with that long neck.  Got it all waxed except for the insides of the headstock.  I need to wipe out with mineral spirits and then apply the paste wax.  Right now, it works wonderfully.  I waxed the locks and they work well.  Tomorrow, I'll get that done and start on the bandsaw.  Getting the itch to throw some wood up there and get 'r done.

While oiling the sheaves today, noticed my main belt is wearing.  Time to get a new one.  Can't do without this machine.  I need to pull out the second one and give it a good going over as well.

Got this for $8 at Ace by my job.  Have to see how it works.  Anything I should do as in cleaning before using this on the TS carriage?

Don't use this stuff, even at work.  Brake cleaner I have several cases of as I can buy in bulk through work.

Gotcha.

On another topic.  This is a mock up of the air inlet for the lower part of router.  One of these on both sides of the cabinet.  Opening space is 1 1/2 times the area of the DC.  Enough?

one on each side of the motor is 3 x the air the DC can pull in, roughly.  I could do the math but I cannot find my Abacus.
