Thanks to all, wasn't expecting to win anything, Never have before. Just wanted to participate in giving a family a great Christmas. Wow what a raffle and what prizes were involved for the family and the participants. And the matching funds guys too stepping up, this whole thing that John and the sponsors did , and members donating prizes for raffle, this was the best raffle I have ever seen. This is the best group of guys I Have ever been associated with.

Looks like I am going to have to make room in my shop for another tool, The fun begins ,start shopping.

Thanks Stick...not yet, but they're soon on their way to a home where they'll be in the hands of a real craftsman.

First, my apologies for not acknowledging the awesome prize I was so lucky to have won. I hope it does not reflect my lack of gratitude or appreciation toward all of you and especially our gracious sponsor from @Jim from Easy Wood ToolsI've been especially busy this December and sometimes the matters of life become more complicated than usual so haven't been here for a while.

I am truly humbled to have won one of the Easy Wood Tool set this year but especially thankful I was able to participate in this worthy cause. More importantly is all of you stepping up to the plate and opening your hearts, wallets and workshops for the Merlo family at Christmas...at the end of the day, your giving is what truly mattered.

Thanks Jim for your contribution on behalf of Easy Wood Tools and also to Laguna Tools and Woodcraft for their generous contributions and on-going support of this site.

Congrats to the other winners as well...

Finally, a big thank-you to @John Morris @Ron Dudelston and @John Moody for allowing me and everyone else the opportunity to serve the Merlo family. It was a blessing an honor to have done so. Dave

On behalf of Easy Wood Tools you are all very welcome!  There's not a better organization to help out than TPW.  GrandPaDave - you still owe me a PM so I can send these tools your way!

Merry Christmas to all.

Well Dave, it sure looks like you acknowledged it to me! Unless Stick or someone else is holding your arm behind your back making you type this one-handed...

Everything is a go indeed Gramps! I hope your 2018 is more settled, and you can relax a tad (ya right!!!!). Only in our dreams right Gramps! We'll keep in touch and follow up with the arrival of the tools and perhaps have a lil party here when it's all done and said, you're the best Gramps, and @Jim from Easy Wood Tools is a pretty neat guy too. :)

Thanks Cindy...just my lack of timely response(s) was poor behavior...Stick is in the clear on this one...

It was typed mostly left-handed though:P

Thanks John and yes Jim is alright even if he's just down the road from U of K. Probably have to be from Indiana or Kentucky for that to really sink in though?:P
