I need to get another roll around cabinet & chest.

I am in same boat, need a bigger toolbox but with 22 inch deep drawers not 18 AND I only have a 45 inch wide hole to put it in.  Now I have one at work, top and bottom that will fit.  But at this point I am not interested in getting another toolbox for work, then having to remember where stuff is because I made such a large change.  Always something.....

Hello Keith, I use that foam in my workbench drawers and like it a lot.  A bit on the pricey side though I think.  One tip that I got from a YouTube vid is to heat up a metal rod and use it to "melt'

Not much peg in my 24x36. I do have some in a cabinet, but nothing hanging except couple hammers. All of mine is in drawers, cabinets, or in position for immediate use.

I hate pegboard, that being said, I do have it, from the previous home owner, I have left it up, but some day I really want a dedicated tool cabinet.

For now though, I use these peg locks Kevin, and they work excellent keeping your hooks in place. They are called peglocks, you find em at your local HD or Lowes. Very easy to install, just punch em in over the hook, the ends are barbed so they grab on the back side of the board.

Tried these but found that they would pop off if the hook was tweaked when pulling the tool off the board. As my pegboard is either on doors or sliding panels where I had some access to the front and back, I would up using zip ties - bought in bulk at HF - and that solved the problem. The peg locks do work when initially setting up the panel until I've settled on how everything is arranged and then I switch to the zip ties - although you can always cut off the zip ties if you're making changes.

Brilliant!

These days I'd rather have pegboard than drawers.
