New Project and New Tools with ONE Major or Minor Problem depending on how you look at it.
AndrewB posted a topic in Wood Turners
So I got my Carter and Sons Bowl gouge set with a 1 inch negative rake scraper today. Was thrilled got them put together and went right out to the lathe. Well had to work with a broken Banjo. SHEESH. But I got the outside of the bowl shapped at least. Any of you guys know where I can buy a new banjo that wont cost me a Fortune for my Delta Midi Lathe? As far as the carter and sons tools I absolutely love them. OVERLY worth the money and then some. And yes they come extra sharp ready to use right out the box. I only got mine so fast due to the fact that I'm only about an hour away from them. But any suggestions on midi lathe banjos would be greatly appreciated. Mine kinda broke.- 15 replies
