Hoping the set has the right size. Can anyone help me remember where the set is?!? 🤣🤣🤣 Shop reorganization means where things WERE is no longer where they ARE. Likely hiding with a few missing tape measures and pencils. Just have to laugh. I'm sure as soon as I buy one, I'll find the set.

I put it in a logical place where I could find it. 🙃
April 10Apr 10 Popular Post Amazon, Home Depot, Lee Valley... many people carry holesaws as well as sets. You could use a fly cutter. They cut nice but many woodworkers are intimidated and feel they are unsafe. You use it in a drill press only. One flycutter can cut almost any size hole. Here's what they look like: Edited April 10Apr 10 by MrRick

Here's what they look like:You can make the fly cutter safer by adding a translucent cover (coffee can lid) to the top (drill an appropriate hole). The cover gives a visual reference for where the cutter(s) are.

How much do I have left in the budget?

April 11Apr 11 Popular Post @lew.... Lee Valley has a bunch of different switches like that as well. Here's one:https://www.leevalley.com/en-ca/shop/tools/workshop/dust-collection/parts-and-accessories/63013-ivac-automatic-vacuum-switch Edited April 11Apr 11 by MrRick

April 12Apr 12 Popular Post I see the benefit of the vac turning on with the tool, but it seems with a mitersaw it would constantly be turning on and off, on and off, etc. I have wondered if that is hard on the vacuum so never really looked into the automatic options. Typically I turn on the vacuum and just let it run while I make a series of cuts.

April 13Apr 13 Popular Post I have to agree with Barbara hat on off cycling would definitely not help a motor. I just turn it on and leave it on till finished. I did get a new remote switch with 2 fobs so I can turn on DC w/o going across the shop.
