  • Good on you for sharing the recipes! Too bad the younger generation can't read cursive  to be able to appreciate the original papers.

  • Thank you for the recipes 4D!!!! And indeed, one cool box and story!

  • Just added Corn Pudding and Cheese Sticks.  😉 4D

Haven't had Hominy in years!

I had to look it up just to know what it was. I suspect you could just use corn in that recipe.

Maybe. Probably taste a little different than the original. We ate it prepared with bacon grease, butter, and salt and pepper

That's it folks.  The last post was the last of the recipes in that box.  Looks like folks from 129 countries have visited it so far. 1.26k visits so far in less than one month.   The Recipe Box blog is done unless I comes across a few I want to contribute to it.

Enjoy.  Pass the link around to friends, family, and offspring of yours.

Thanks 4D for your kind generosity sharing with us here and beyond. Thankful the blog is receiving popularity too. A few of those hits are mine, my wife's and daughters. Shared the blog link with them. Easy to navigate and have all the recipes available in one location with a click or two with phone or tablet and send to a printer when needed. I've bookmarked the blog as well. GREATLY appreciate your time to preserve "history."
