January 7, 20242 yr Author Popular Post Here's my last comment on this post? The large scallop shell came from a late lunch that we had in Scilla, Italy. I had seen that a couple were eating seafood out of the biggest scallop shells that I had seen and I asked the owner of the restaurant if I could "buy" one. He said no, but would give me one. So, it came home with me!!! It's next to some "normal" scallop shells that came from Nantucket.
