LED lights are definitely the way to go!! I went with the big LED panels and I love how much light they put out.

I got a few things moved today.

I moved in all of my rough turned. Around half of it is ready to finish turn.

The more I paint the bigger it looks.

lol, yeah, its really big looking when partially empty, once the goods and equipt show up, it grew smaller, and smaller, at least at my compound, me thinks any shop is never big enough. oh well, i'll settle for what i have, well, until the next addition maybe

I came home from the symposium and found a dust collector. 

I got the router table today.

Cool beans! Looks like you'll be adding on to the new shop soon.

My son helped me tear out the big bench in the old shop to make room to move out the rest of the things that don't belong. We also got the bench made for the small tools.

I got rid of the rest of the stuff that didn't belong. Finished painting and organized a little. Also built my miter saw bench. All of the space under the miter saw bench will be cabinets and drawers.

You're getting there Rusty. When do you start on the phase 1 addition?

As soon as I get this phase done.

Things are definitely shaping up Rusty ! What a great space for woodworking. I’m assuming the safe is for the more valuable woodworking tools.

looks like a winna chicken dinna.

 

have had my hideout assembled for a few years now, i'm constantly moving stuff, trying to adjust the flow, oh well, maybe i'm just wacky and can't finger it out. so far looks like you are headed in what is for some the right direction, best for the finish line, i've yet to see one over here at the hideout.

I installed the rest of the lights, moved the CNC in and hooked the dust collector up to the table saw.
