Went to the furniture bank this morning.  Four of us worked on display tables for an up-coming fund raiser.  16 @ 36"x 36" and one at 40"x40".    Got the tops cut and edges routed, legs made aprons cut.  Tip broke off the Kreg bit before all the aprons were done.  No problem had 5 in advance -- but, they are the wrong kind!  So that halted progress.  But it was a good morning. Puttered in the shop and garden this afternoon.  Was out in the back yard when a strange car pulled in the drive.  Surprise!  It was a grandson from college in MI with three of his buddies.  Had dinner for them and headed back this evening.  My wife said it was no wonder they were buddies, the other three were like clones of my grandson. Two of the from CA and one from LA.  Not sure they are ready for a MI winter.

Got a photo of the "wishing well" that I helped a buddy do the framework for a couple of weeks ago.  Here's the (almost) final product in his front yard.  Sorry it's fuzzy, but he just sent it as an SMS message

Saturday was a blast.  I ate right, went late, stayed late. New friends, old friends.

Taking it easy the rest of today, still another load of Ash to go get. Either I'm getting :OldManSmiley: or it's getting heavier.

Put up a small project I made for our daughter. 31 pegs, and not a lot of empties. She loves to run!

That's her motto when running. She ran two half-marathons and one full one in New Zealand, but there were no ribbons for those. These are all for 5K and 10K runs, mostly for charities.
