FWIW - on my previous "procedure" I mixed all that ill tasting stuff up with the appropriate amount of lemon-lime Gatorade. As I recall that was so sickeningly sweet that I've not had any lemon-lime anything in the last 12 years! On this go it was suggested that you drink water, white cranberry-peach juice, apple juice or a clear Gatorade. My wife picked up a bottle of each and I mixed a smaller batch from each. It wasn't as sweet and the different mixes actually was ok. I just drank a different mix with each glass. A whole lot better than the previous time. It was also suggested that I walk around during the drinking of all that stuff to help alleviate the bloating. I was able to do this with a short stroll outside until dark, then I just used the elliptical type machine we have. That helped a lot also, I am sure. Edited July 2, 20223 yr by Cal
