She had just turned 5, her sister 7 when they first came into our lives. As far as both are concerned our daughter has been and will always be their "mom." They haven't had any contact with their biological mother for several years now (another long and very sad story). Knowing what I know today, I'd do it all over again and never blink an eye. February 15, 20224 yr Popular Post Sad to hear that, Dave, yet at the same time glad that you have been able to make a big difference in their lives! We have two similar situations in our extended family, both involving drugs and parental abuse. There's far too much of that going on in our world. Y'all sound like my kind of people. Daughter came in and spent a couple days with us I will post up another after she gets it hung up, or sits it up in it's final location. As for now: That is some kinda crappy pic! I will definitely post up a better one when it's provided.
