March 2, 20215 yr Popular Post Did not get much done in shop. Had to work for 90 minutes during shop time. Finally get in shop and making a guard to stop dog from chewing cables so the cut a finger. Patched that up and back to shop getting things ready for a 3 day event at the Ag Museum. did manage to get a couple tops finished and put 4 ire Striker put together. Work tomorrow and may get a chance Wednesday to get everything packed for the event.

March 2, 20215 yr Popular Post Most bills for the month paid for, have the last rolling pin glued up, needs some trim so it will be ready to turn. Income taxes ($200) back and spent on insurance bills. Helping the economy. LOL Rain all day yesterday and today. Can't wait to get outside and mow. Looks like a hayfield.

Millers Falls is getting a "Refresher Course" Iron honed, chipbreaker tuned up...Lever cap cleaned up...the #62 behind it? Was given a bit of a workout...trying to see how my hand will do....Jointing a few edges for a glue up.. Hmm..that looks like it will be so much "FUN" to clean up....had one other item to try and sharpen.. A small 3/4" wide chisel....I was on Laundry Detail, today.. have one more load to haul upstairs....hand permitting....

March 4, 20215 yr Popular Post Wonder how well these will fit for a glue up... Slide together, for a dry fit.. Sides of a box.....waiting on the glue for the back of the box to dry.. 1/2" thick Ash. Lid is still in the clamps. May have to start a build along for March?
