Good Monday Morning!

Good Monday morning Patriot Woodworkers! What did you get done over the weekend, and what have you planned for the week ahead! Inquiring minds want to know. Please tell us what's happening in your shops, your life, and any events going on with you. Thank you for being here folks!

New Members

Please welcome to our community, @Tim Shaunty, @Tim B, @Jamey H., please click on their names and leave a message of welcome on their profile page. And to our new members, welcome to your new community folks!

Community News

You now have the ability to review your favorite books with our new book review application. Currently we have the application live in the General Woodworking Forum and the Wood Turners Forum.

Make sure to watch the video on how to use this new feature, the video can be found pinned to the top as a topic in those respective forums. We will install the book review feature in all major categories of the forum, such as scrolling, carving, hand tools, etc.

Donations

Also, some of our members were just made aware of our donation page, and started to use it. This is a welcome source of funding for our community. We usually have a fundraiser raffle during the summer to help pay for our community, but my health took a dive this summer, and I never had the time nor the mind to organize our annual summer fundraiser, so we are falling short of our budgetary obligations. We will be very tight. If you are able to donate to our community, a dollar on up, it all helps.

I'd like to thank the following members for their very generous donation thus far, thank you!

If you'd like to donate to our community, please see this page at https://thepatriotwoodworker.com/clients/donations/

Didn't do much in shop just a little finish work and some small projects.

It's Monday already? Time does fly when you're having fun, huh?

It's clean up day, here. Boring but, necessary. Plus, I always find stuff that rolled off the bench.

If my back holds out and the ADD doesn't kickin, I might get some laser engraving done.

Still getting Mom settled in. Sealed some elm from the tree we had removed. Really need to get to the lathe

Grass, grass, grass.  Just a 1/4 acre but this St. Augustine really grows in this heat.  Sorry, folks, I don't think this is the kind for a smoke.  If I could, I could be rather wealthy.  :P

Wake me up when Tuesday arrives...:GoodNight:

Busy day at work, boss is on vacation which means 6 day work weeks till he returns for me.  Had way more than my share of work to get done.  Didn't help a coworker didn't seat a Valve cover gasket and it poured when he was done.  Yup, had to fix that mess, and oh, they were waiting.  :BangingHead:

No progress on carport remodel.  But I did make a template for the 16 mounts for the lights.  Have to work on getting them made up tomorrow.  And my 4 1/4 inch hole saw arrived.  So I practiced with a few scrap pieces of siding to see how that is going to work.  Just like cutting siding you use the blade installed backwards.  In this case run the drill backwards, very slowly.

wait, did i miss this day?  -_-
