Ya'll did it!!!!!!!! Congratulations guys!!!!!!  I never doubted any of you.

Thank you everyone for your participation in this special annual event. I am personally humbled, you all are the greatest, this will be one fantastic Christmas for this family.

So far, Bill's gang is only in for $10 apiece. C'mon guys, we've each got $40 more to go.

Yup! I've got another $40 set aside and it's burning a hole in my pocket.

Come on TPW members. I see that we only have another $150 to go to get the maximum match with 5 days left. I know that all of you can do this.

 

As it stands right now, I'm (+ Kelly and Gene) only on the hook for $35 in match money...I've still got $15 more for you to take. Make the $500 over the goal and we add $150 between the three of us and, I believe Jim from Easy Wood pledged another $25. That will be a total of $675 over the $1500 goal.

 

Let's show them how much we appreciate the sacrifice that they have made for us.

My personal thanks for everyone who participated. Hopefully, the Merlo's will have a very nice Christmas, thanks to everyone here.

As I lay in bed still hobbled, I read the last few posts here, and I cannot say enough, nor do I have the words to say how proud I am of our Patriot Woodworkers, thank you guys, this fundraiser surpassed all expectations, you all are the best, and thank you cheer leaders who foot the extra funding as encouragement for others to give. You all the greatest. I'll have more to say later, but right now the Nyquil has laid a warmth over me that begs me to sleep for a bit. Hopefully I'll be better in a couple days, and I'll have a better thank you letter for all here, for now, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Hopefully, the Merlo's will be able to enjoy a happier Christmas than what they might have had. Obviously, their loss cannot be replaced.

Raffle winners have been drawn, they are being verified, and we will have an announcement this morning!

 

Dear Patriot Woodworkers and Guests alike.

I will be creating a full financial disclosure this weekend, demonstrating where all of your funding went, by the displaying of receipts, gift cards, funds received, and funds shipped etc. Typically I like to create these disclosures immediately after Christmas, but given the poor health I have been in, it's been hard just keeping up with regular day to day tasks. This weekend you shall see how your generous funding of this project was used, bar any disastrous events, we'll complete it by weekend's end.

Thank you very much for your patience folks, and thank you all once again for your awesome support of the Merlo Family, from what I hear they had a wonderful Christmas.

P.S. (mama Merlo and her two children have been very sick with the flu since right before Christmas, she stated she wants to send us images of their Christmas, and she will once she is back on her feet).
