March 28, 20179 yr comment_104090 I've been wanting to one of these for a couple years, ever since a youtube author named Peter Brown did one. It's a zoetrope, which is an old fashioned animation player. Hope to have a video up on it in the next couple of days. Steve Report

Does this spin freely on the handle? Thanks Al, it does, the handle is hollow with a shaft through it. The little knob at the bottom will spin it. Steve Report
