I realize this is a long shot, but nothing ventured…. About 20 years ago I purchased a full size set of plans for this rocking motorcycle and made a couple of them. This one made its way home to me and I’ve been cleaning it up to regift it to my nephews son. While cleaning it, I’ve been asked to make another one of two. Problem is I gave the plans away years ago. I’ve scoured the internet and have found similar but not this one. If anyone has kept this plan from years ago, I’d be happy to buy it or pay to have it copied. thanks Gordon

Every now and then something really cool gets posted to our Facebook page by a friend or a member. @Reid Smith posted this wonderful video on our page. And after I watched this all get out cool video I researched more on this gentleman by the name of Chris, and his YouTube channel is really good, full of information both educational and full of ideas in woodworking. Chris specializes in human power woodworking. And he has a very creative flair. Many of you may remember Chris as the fellow who built that anniversary gift for his wife, the long trestle table, it was a viral video that gained international attention. Well this is the same Chris. Below is another video I absolutely love watching, and here is the link to Chris's YouTube channel at Chops with Chris. Check it out, you'll find yourself sitting and watching many of his videos, they are that interesting. This is one cool video! Watch for the quick time portion near the beginning, it speeds up.

P-Toad on Good Monday Morning Patriot Woodworkers! February 5th, 2018 showed a rocker he wes repairing for his MIL, which reminded me of one I did for a close friend of the family a couple of years ago. It wasn't in as good of shape and and she wanted to strip off all of the upholstery and paint it. It had the upright spindles broken so I made a new back and wooden seat. Also replaced the springs. Here are the before and after pictures.

Made this a few years ago. It's based on an old how-to plan resurrected by PopWoodworking. Behind is my cuddly grand-daughter and grandson with whom I share a birthday. And a rocking horse from another old plan.
