I managed to find 2 more cheese cutters and convert them into pizza dough rollers. Most are tapered but I am trying a straight one. They are Walnut, Maple and Yellow Hart pizza rollers.MOV

​I made another pizza dough roller, as a gift this time, the Celtic knot is much better. I used Coco Bolo, (at least I think it was) and maple. I used nylon spacers as bearings and used an old cheese cutter for the handle assembly. The one I made for myself really works good
