October 2, 20214 yr Popular Post @Gerald that last prescription of idiot pills was weak. Took entire bottle this morning to get past idiots. I'm gonna need something bit stronger. Edited October 2, 20214 yr by Gunny
October 2, 20214 yr Popular Post Got the birch butcher block top added to the reloading bench. Inline Fabrication quick change mount installed. Now it's a 30 second job to switch presses. Going to be a while to get all of that process reorganized and usable again. .40
October 3, 20214 yr Popular Post Thank you all for the well wishes. The doctor looked and said it was superficial. We were concerned about the femoral artery but were happy that it was all superficial. It is a tender spot. The seniors thinks the grandson is a hero to take it in the men's department and laugh about it. The school failed to follow protocol and the teacher did a really stupid thing. He is supposed to be an engineer teacher. Well, I hope they revoke his license. Gerald, I hope cooler heads will prevail. All we need is to congest the court system with another frivolous lawsuit. Our son is often looking for a quick get rich scheme. I think when he talks with the lawyers on Monday, he will be ashamed. We'll see. Thanks, again, for all the wishes of complete and quick recovery.
October 3, 20214 yr Wow, that gun rack is superb. And, the tile job is professional looking. Gunny, those cabinets are also professional. Can hardly wait to see the final product.
October 3, 20214 yr This is an unfortunately social weekend, 2 back to back birthdays and lots of associated activities so not a lot of shop time for me. Mostly modeling projects in my spare time this weekend and waiting for parts to come in so I can get my dust collector hooked up.
October 3, 20214 yr Popular Post Spent some time out in the shop today. Working on the lid for the cocobolo bowl. It's made of redacted and has a finial made of redacted. Not ready for pictures just yet. Still a work in progress. Not sure why, but I had a heck of a time getting the M/T between the lid and the bowl to fit nicely. Mrs. Boss did come out to the shop to inspect the work and got her pick of a couple of different finials. .40
