@JimM, I was able to upload the image in my prior post, and before submitting post, I was able to add a link to it if I wanted, and change dimensions, by double clicking on the image in the post, just like the old editor.

Works like a retiree COLA.  You get more pay and less to take home.  More and bigger deductions.

It means you have to send $$$ in.  Don't worry, it'll be added to the plane maintenance fund so it will be ready when you need it.
