July 21, 20205 yr Popular Post I finished up the side table and the Waterlox Oil finish went on great. I hand rubbed 3 coats waiting 24 hrs between coats. I reassembled the doors on their hinges and delivered it to my Daughter and son-in-law's new house. Now I have nothing to do except begin design of my next project. I only do one at a time. Once I start I will be absorbed in it. My son-in-law asked me to make him a wall mounted pool cue rack out of the blue si I will be pondering that for a day or so before I start. Since I am new here and everyone seems to know each other I figure I need to let you know me and what I do. So I have have posted pictures of several projects I have done to give you more insight. Very creative and beautiful work. Look forward to seeing what your next project will be. Start a post and let us tag along as you build and finish it up. Once done post in our gallery.
July 21, 20205 yr kmealy, Some day I hope to be able to create the kind of crisp joinery you can do. Beautiful work.
July 21, 20205 yr Thank you, JJ. Beautiful craftsmanship you have posted here. You are quite the designer, builder and finisher. My weekend plan was to sand down some cedar boards that I milled from a large chunk of tree. Boards are 14" long with varying widths, but using my 12" sanding disk to make sure that they are uniformly 1" thick. And, the back yard needs mowing. So, that's going to be my big agenda. Will make some calls to family members to see how each one is and if they are well. Then Monday, starts another round of doctor visits.
